When using OCA materials, GAP control depends on OCA thickness accuracy.

      ・If the bubble is not considered, GAP complete OCA thickness accuracy control.

      ・Although it is basically unaffected by uneven thickness of the work, bubbles are more likely to occur than this.

    ・In OCR, because it is in a liquid state, GAP management relies on the control of the upper and lower stages.

   ・Work thickness unevenness will be affected, and thickness measurement structure can make GAP management easy

OCA is difficult to make point contact conditions when it is fitted, and it is easy to enter the air and form bubbles.

・When vacuum bonding is used, it is easy to enter the air to form air bubbles due to the large contact area of large size.

・OCR is difficult to enter because it is in a liquid state. After the coating is applied and reversed on the Work, the resin is drooped and can be in contact with each other.

  ・It is also possible to make the same point contact when the size is large, and it is difficult for air to enter.

  ・For extra large sizes, Tact and GAP requirements are different, and sometimes it may be better to use a vacuum.

・As for the mixing conditions of the Particle, it is not only the equipment, but also the user's environment. Therefore, it is impossible to generalize the frequency of mixing.

  ・When Particle is mixed in, OCA is likely to generate bubbles because it is in the Sheet state. (Even if the dust inside the specification causes air bubbles, resulting in NG)

・As for the mixing conditions of the Particle, it is not only the equipment, but also the user's usage environment. Therefore, it is impossible to generalize the frequency of mixing.

  ・When the Particle is mixed in, the OCR is likely to generate bubbles because it is in a liquid state. (When dust is inside the specification, it can be judged as OK)
